I have seen his show a few times and I think he is a funny man. His strong topics are racial and sexual issues, I think and I like how he puts together his opinions about how America deals with these issues, how some people pretend that they dont happen anymore, and how he shows the reality of them...how people do not really like Mexicans, Hispanics, and how degraded they are, how people make fun of mentally disabled people, and so on.
He is addressing this issues to a normal American person because he says what most people might think, but do not dare to say because it is mean, unprofessional, or just not respectful. I would say that he is right in some of his opinions, but I think that he is quite rude and way too honest. In my personal experience, I usually do not say some of the things that I think because I think..hum....if i say this, even though is funny, it might hurt this person....so I try to first think what I say...and then maybe say it out loud.
I agree with his way of pointing out topics that for most people are taboo topics or dont feel comfortable talking about, but I do think that he goes a little too far just to be funny and quite hurtful to the people who he makes fun of. I think he should still do his stand up comedy acts, but he should try to think about other people's feelings. I do sometimes feel offended by the things he says about Hispanics because sadly, some are true and that is why I think that even though he is one of us, he should be respectful to our community...but I also have to say that he is too funny and I know he does not really mean it...he is just trying to make money out of our pain! ehhehehe... =D

Media In Politics...
The media completely influences us...because of it, we are the way we are, we make famous people with or without talent, and basically more people now more about the pop culture, than about important things such as politics, economics issues, and the situation of our world. Media totally influences me, the way I think, and what things I like and dislike because we want to fit in a world in which we are accepted by what the media and other people want us to be, but not by who we truly are. Visual communications are, in my opinion, the biggest influence in our everyday decisions because if we see an add of something with someone famous, or a brand name, we would rather buy that instead of a no name/fame less brand, even if the name/fame less brand might be better/cheaper than the name brand. That is a good thing for companies, but it sort a messes up our trully decision making process because even if we like something that is not cool or popular, we rather get something that we dont like in order to fit in and belong in a group that is accepted by society and the media. I personally think that media should use its power on us in a way to help us, our planet, and our future because we are destroying more our culture, our own people, and sadly, our own planet.
Media presence on politics is just big when they can get something out of it and they dont really focus on the main importance of politics, which I think is a better future for us and our country, but they just focus in making the president, senator, w/e, into a popular icon so that he/she can get more votes an win...without even really convincing us if he/she is worth our vote and our will to give him/her our future in their hands. I found the video a little different, but it went straight to the point... YOUNG PEOPLE DO NOT REALLY KNOW ABOUT POLITICS. Sadly i belong to that group. We dont really care about politics because we cant do anything about it, at least that is my opinion, and I would rather listen to a pop culture news rather than a politics news. The media should try to focus more in the real issues of our society, rather than which celebrity has more money, looks better, is going to have a comeback, was on a sex video, and so on because we do not really attain anything from that information; just knowing stupid facts.

Miss Teen USA!!!
I personally believe....lol....I think it was really challenging for her to face the reality of what happened and that she admits that she was nervous and I would say scared. I cant blame her! I cant imagine how much stressing and hard it is for a girl to be competing against other girls in a beauty contest, specially one that is watched by thousands on national TV. I agree with the fact that those beauty pageants are mostly based on looks, but what I really did not like about her speech was that she tried to bring out topics such as South Africa, kids, and Iraq. I did not like this because she just brought them up to sound nice because those countries are under terrible circumstances and I dislike the fact that people, even in beauty contests, use those facts to like win other people's sympathy and to get their attention. Besides the issue that I had with her bringing those topics, I understand that she was under a lot of pressure and that she got nervous and just tried to say something nice, but unfortunately for her, totally funny for us, it came out wrong!!! She is a beautiful girl that thanks to that embarrosing moment of her life, became more famous than the winner of Miss Teen USA!!! so...yayyYY! eheheh, gooo blonds!!!
